What are wax melts?

Wax melts are a wickless fragrance that can be melted in a wax warmer. They hold higher fragrance loads than candles and can also be switched out easily to change things up! Each wax tart is roughly 1.1 oz of paraffin soy wax and can last up to 8-16 hours or more! You'll know they are ready to be changed out when the wax loses scent. Our favorite method to change wax is to drop a few cotton balls into the hot wax and then dispose of them. 

There are three types of wax warmers: tealight, hotplate and light-bulb. Our favorite wax warmers are the first two: tealights and hotplates, as they get hot enough to release the fragrance oil from the wax at just the right temperature, so you can get the most out of your wax! If you do use a lightbulb I would suggest using half a tart at a time :)
